Who is Kaiser Studio?
Meet the Kaiser Studio Family
Since first opening in 1980, owners Tim and Patty Kaiser have taken pride in running a family-owned business that treats all of their employees and customers like they are part of the family as well.
Tim & Patty Kaiser
After semi-retiring, Tim began acting in 2011 and is currently producing his first film.
When she isn't working hard at the studio, Patty enjoys spending time with their four children and eleven grandchildren.
Say Hello to Your Sales Reps
Even after your school signs a contract with Kaiser Studio, you'll be in contact with one of our reps throughout the entire school year. Your rep will make sure that you are happy with all of the products and services you receive and will always be available for any questions or concerns that arise.
Ed came to Kaiser Studio in 2003 with an extensive background in school picture sales and services our schools in the western neighborhoods of Metro Detroit. Ed takes pride in providing his schools with exceptional service and can often be found stopping into his schools just to say hello! When he's not traveling to schools, Ed is an avid golfer who enjoys spending time outdoors and spending time with his two daughters.
Jeff has several different roles with the company. In addition to servicing schools as a Sales Rep, Jeff manages our photographers for fall and spring pictures. He also takes care of testing new equipment keeping our photographers up to date with the latest and greatest. He is often found in the schools solving problems for our photographers and school staff members.
Aimee joined the Kaiser Studio team in 2005 as a photographer and has been representing the company as a sales rep since 2010. Aimee takes great pride in exceeding our customer's expectations and believes that excellent communication is the key to a successful partnership between Kaiser Studio and the schools we service. In addition to being a sales superstar, Aimee is a very versatile photographer and takes beautiful portraits professionally and for fun!
Who is Behind the Scenes?
While our Sales Reps and Photographers will be sure to impress you when they visit your school, the staff back at the studio also plays a huge part in making sure we deliver an awesome finished product to our customers.
We would like to introduce you to some of the many people who help keep Kaiser Studio running day to day.
Photography & Equipment Manager
Michael (or as he is more affectionally called - Mikey!) became a Kaiser Studio school photographer in 2017 and oversees the training of our new photographers and helps our experienced photographers refine their skills. Mikey is always on the move and keeps busy maintaining equipment, troubleshooting our photographers and working on various projects around the studio.
Lauren joined the company in 2012 as a school picture photographer and in 2017 became our lead studio photographer. Her talent and creativity are the perfect combination for capturing beautiful senior and family portraits. Our clients love how comfortable Lauren makes them feel when she's behind the camera. When she's not at the studio, Lauren can be found with her family, enjoying the outdoors.
Kaiser Studio welcomed General Manager, Bob, to the business in 2002. With an extensive background in management, Bob was the perfect fit for the position! Between handling all of the company's financial matters and managing the entire staff, Bob is also an extremely important player in the decision making of the company. In addition to being the busiest man at the studio, Bob is also very active in his church and running club as the Congregational Chairman and the Co-Director of the Great Lakes Relay. Amazingly, he still finds the time to enjoy traveling with his wife and their two grown children.
Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Sandra has been a part of the Kaiser Studio team since 2010 when she began as a photographer and customer service rep. Her attention to detail and organizational skills have proven to be invaluable to the company. She now manages the entire office, including customer service, scheduling and managing the photographers. Outside of work, she and her husband love to travel out West, where Sandra enjoys landscape and nature photography. They have three children and one fur-baby, Augie the Doggie. The whole family loves the Detroit Red Wings and enjoys going to games together.
If you have a Kaiser Studio yearbook account, you will be working closely with Christy throughout the school year. Christy takes pride in making sure every school is completely satisfied with their yearbook. Prior to managing the yearbook department, Christy began her career at Kaiser Studio as a school picture photographer in 2009. Since then she has become an important part of our staff, lending her talents to many departments. Now that she's an empty nester, Christy spends her newfound free time going to the movies and walking her Yorkie-Poo pup.
Julie has been helping our customers since joining the company in 2013. In addition to assisting customers with any questions they have about their school pictures, Julie is our main contact for the schools we service. Julie schedules picture dates and makes sure that we send enough photographers to get the job done right!
Data / Composites
Dayna has been a valuable member of the Kaiser Studio team since 2009. All of the schools we service work closely with Dayna to make sure we have the most up to date information before capturing student's photos. Once the images have been processed, Dayna designs beautiful graduate and classroom composites.
